Le patient d\u00e9c\u00e8de apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es et l\u00e8gue \u00e0 la th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire une grosse somme d\u2019argent. La th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire n\u2019\u00e9tait pas au courant de ce fait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s et elle n\u2019a jamais incit\u00e9 le patient ou client \u00e0 modifier son testament. Si le membre de la famille n\u00e9cessite des services de th\u00e9rapie respiratoire et qu\u2019il n\u2019y a personne d\u2019autre, le th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire doit agir dans le meilleur int\u00e9r\u00eat du patient. S\u2019il offre des soins, il doit s&rsquo;assurer de consigner le conflit d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats potentiel.
