En raison de la pression extr\u00eame qu\u2019un tel \u00e9v\u00e9nement peut imposer sur le syst\u00e8me de la sant\u00e9, il faut souvent \u00e9laborer des <strong>strat\u00e9gies d\u2019intervention en cas d\u2019intensification<\/strong> pour s\u2019assurer de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du plus grand nombre possible de patients ou clients, avec les ressources disponibles. Dans ces situations, les principes de base de traitement moral des patients ou clients demeurent. Toutefois, il est parfois n\u00e9cessaire de modifier son point de vue, de consid\u00e9rer ce qui r\u00e9pond le mieux aux besoins du plus grand nombre plut\u00f4t qu\u2019aux besoins individuels.
